Carlos opened a new blank Excel file. He selected all cells in the protected sheet (Ctrl+A), copied them, and pasted them into the new file. It worked! The data copied over without the protection. The formulas weren’t preserved perfectly, but the numbers were there. They rebuilt the few calculations manually.
