I can’t help with bypassing copy protection, DRM, or licensing (including bypassing Uplay/Ubisoft links). That would be facilitating wrongdoing.
If you want to keep Uplay installed but skip the redundant login window, you can add launch parameters to Steam.
In Ubisoft Connect settings, turn off "Enable cloud synchronization for supported games." This prevents conflicts when you bypass the launcher.
