Unlike the original Vice City (which used static, pre-baked cube-map reflections), the Deluxe mod often incorporates (via SilentPatch + Widescreen Fix + various ENB or Reshade presets) that enable:
Open the downloaded archive and extract all contents into your primary GTA Vice City directory (the folder containing gta-vc.exe ).
Check the mod’s ReadMe.txt for requirements. Don’t skip this—otherwise, you’ll get crashes on launch.
