In the game, they find themselves in the bodies of four different avatars - Dr. Smolder Bravestone (Dwayne Johnson), Professor Sheldon "Shelly" Oberon (Jack Black), Ruby Roundhouse (Karen Gillan), and Moose Finbar (Kevin Hart). Each avatar has unique skills and abilities that they must use to survive in the jungle and defeat the game's main antagonist, Van Pelt (Bobby Cannavale).
