The DXGI Capture API is fully supported again on this Windows version following the Microsoft Beta Access:
Unlike driver-level solutions or game-engine integrations, LS operates as a transparent overlay hook, similar to ReShade or Special K. It captures the game’s output buffer before it reaches the desktop compositor, processes it via compute shaders on the GPU, and then presents the modified frame. Lossless Scaling V3.0.0.1
The tool requires the game to be in a windowed state to "capture" and scale the frames. The DXGI Capture API is fully supported again
