Currently, Windows users manage workflow by juggling multiple browser tabs, spreadsheets, and chat apps across different virtual desktops. If the PC restarts or the user closes their apps, the "context" of that project is lost.

As with any Insider Preview build, there are known issues and bugs:

Build 22631 is a of Windows 11. It is not a preview or beta build (though it passed through those phases). Instead, it is the stable, officially released version that runs on hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. The key point of confusion—and sophistication—is that Microsoft used 22621 as the base build for Windows 11 version 22H2, and then later used 22631 as the build for version 23H2.

Note: Microsoft has announced that 23H2 (22631) is the last "enablement package" update. Future versions (Windows 11 24H2) will require a full OS swap to a new codebase (likely Build 26xxx).
