This study employs a mixed-method content analysis of 150 popular videos from three platforms: YouTube (long-form vlogs and sketches), TikTok (short-form), and Instagram Reels (short-form). Videos were selected based on trending metrics between January 2024 and March 2026. Criteria included: minimum 500,000 views, Indonesian language or regional language (Javanese, Sundanese), and classification as "entertainment" (excluding news/politics). Coding categories included: primary genre (comedy, music, drama, education), use of regional language, references to religion (Islam), family dynamics, and technological aesthetics (e.g., green screen effects, POV format).
