The driver is installed as WIA but the software needs TWAIN. Fix: During driver installation, select “Custom” and ensure the TWAIN data source is checked. Then, in your software, select File > Import > TWAIN Source and choose Zong BVS.

If you still have the Installation CD that came with the scanner, it contains the driver. But be aware that the CD version might not work on Windows 10/11—you may need to run it in compatibility mode.
