By default, players can only access a limited number of missions at a time, with new missions unlocking as they complete specific objectives in previous missions. Look for lines labeled Mission 1 , Mission 2 , etc., and change the status or value from 0 (locked) to 1 (unlocked). Save the file and restart the game.
